Gary Sommers
Gary is an active angel investor with several successful exits after a career as a financial software executive and consultant. Prior to becoming an angel investor Gary was a co-founder and principal of The Frustum Group (Frustum), a New York based international banking software company that built and implemented front and back office trading systems. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Gary was the principal in charge of global sales and marketing. This company was acquired by Misys PLC.
Gary started his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in New York City. Gary graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Finance, Decision Sciences and Management in 1982. Gary is married and has three children.
