Phil Doublet is an accomplished Management Consultant, Certified Business Advisor & Coach, with 30 years of success across dozens of industries. These include manufacturing, high technology, professional services, and higher education. As a seasoned business advisor, he provides high-impact advice on business improvement, sales & marketing, capital formation for companies looking for financing, as well as maximizing the business’s value for the owner’s eventual exit.

Throughout his executive career, Phil has held numerous leadership positions and has been responsible for creating and delivering profitable growth for clients in North America and Europe. He is a registered Professional Engineer, certified ValueBuilderÔ Advisor, and Platinum Business Coach. To date, he has founded six separate companies in high-tech, manufacturing and services industries of which he still owns two. With many years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, he is highly qualified to advise Small and Medium-sized businesses in Canada and the US with strategy, business coaching, growth and exits.

He has strong governance experience having served as a director for more than 15 public, private and not-for-profit boards and he is currently a director for several privately held companies and recently he was re-elected Chair of the Board for a newly listed public company in the technology space.

Previously he worked closely with other two private companies to achieve a successful transition to public listings.
