(Calgary, Alberta) The dog days of summer didn’t slow the pace for western Canada’s leading merchant banking firm as Meridian Canada signed three new clients in the month of August.
The Meridian team will be assisting with the financing of a prestigious condominium development in south Calgary, the potential sale of an entrepreneur built enterprise in the construction sector, and the equity financing of an emerging company in the power generation industry.
Meridian now has nine active clients involving transactions set to close this fall.
Three of these clients involve opportunities for equity investors. Meridian will be hosting investor presentations during the week of September 15 to introduce Well To Wire Energy Inc., Insight Film Studios Ltd., and Saskalta Base Oils Corporation to potential equity partners in both Calgary and Vancouver.
