In late 2007, a mixed use commercial/residential building in Calgary’s Beltline was acquired by MDC. The 11 storey building, located at 239 – 12th Avenue SW, has since been stripped to the floorplate and is ready to become Calgary’s newest Four Points by Sheraton!
